Sales Tax
New York State law requires that we collect state and local sales tax when shipping merchandise to destinations within New York. If you are a reseller or other organization which qualifies for a sales tax exemption, please complete and fax the appropriate Tax Exemption Certificate to 716-204-0052.

BarCodeParts.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Order confirmation
Order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. The order confirmation will include the date of order, items ordered, the billing address, the ship to address, shipping method, and the total dollar amount of the order.

BarCodeParts.com uses state-of-the-art secured (SSL) server software to scramble and securely transmit customer information.


Returns Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You can request an RGA number by calling us at 1-888-BCP-8170 (888-227-8170).

General Returns Guidelines
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not damaged
  • Do not have missing parts

These returns require an RGA number (see above). All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($10 minimum). We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is defective or has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please call us toll-free at 1-888-BCP-8170 (888-227-8170). for return instructions.


Shipping Policy

barcodeparts.com will ship via UPS to any street address in the continental United States. You can choose from any UPS service* available to your destination: Ground, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select or Next-Day Air. Shipping and handling charges based on weight and distance will be added when you checkout.

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your shipment cannot be sent to to a street address, we will mail your order, using a US Postal Service class similar to the UPS category you selected. Additional charges may apply and will be billed to your credit card.

*Printheads and printer parts are shipped withn the continental United States only via UPS Ground, at a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Additional charges apply for alternative shipping methods.

Shipments Outside of the Continental USA
barcodeparts.com can ship globally, using a US Postal Service class similar to the UPS category you select. Additional shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to your final bill.

Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Added charges, if any, for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country. The company does not control and cannot predict these costs. Please contact your local customs office for information.
